Frustrated with trying to find an "almost 90 degree"  screwdriver to fine adjust your fuel screw for best idle and cruise?
Use Factory Pro's new "finger adjustable" fuel screw to adjust fuel screw for best throttle response. Traveling to high altitude? It's easy to lean out the lowend temporarily.
Make your life easier.

Remove old short stock fuel screw, old o-ring, old washer and old spring. The o-ring might be stuck in the carb, so take a light and make sure it's really out  (or you can't find it after you took out the screw)
Use a small bent wire to pull it out if it doesn't drop out. Keep the old parts for "spares".

Each Screw assembly kit comes with:
1 long Boy Extended Fuel Screw
1 new spring
1 new washer
1 new o-ring

Boosts power a bit at full throttle, improves throttle response and wheelie ability. Definitely pulls harder out of 2nd and 3rd gear corners! No slide drilling.
Fuel delivery below 3k is controlled by the fuel level (aka "float height"). To properly dial-in the full throttle/low rpm power, fine adjustment is always beneficial.  If the bike responds to full throttle at below 3000 rpm OK when cooler, but not quite as well when fully warmed up, the fuel level is too rich - and you need to lean it out -

Benefits and Desc: The Vulcan will run smoother, when warming up, in less time than stock carb. Mileage reports indicate the same, very slightly less to very slightly better! The kit adds a bit more top-end power, but the the biggest improvement is in part throttle power. Freeway roll-on power is improved, as is around town drivability. The kit nearly always drops in to a stock bike at suggested settings and works extremely well, based on customer feedback. For more top-end power, while retaining the same low-end and midrange as the "1.0" kit, use the Vulcan Classic AirBox Plus 2.0 Kit!
PS: Don't forget that adjusting the float height is extremely important for low speed jetting. Click here for "How to" set floats.

Benefits and Desc:
Removes the LH air filter housing to clean up the bike and adds an open "hot rod" type open element air filter and 9" FLAT Black or Silver  anodized BILLET cover assembly to the RH side of the bike.

Customer pictures below show an aftermarket cover installed over the top of the supplied simple, flat chrome cover.

The Vulcan will run smoother -  warming up in less time than the stock carb.
Mileage reports indicate the same consumption, very slightly less to very slightly better! The kit adds significantly more top-end power, ~6-7hp. More than K&N and most airbox kits.
Peak power on an EC997 Eddy Current Dyno or out on the road (the real last word...) is as good as if not a bit better than an aftermarket 41mm flatslide carb with the same filter setup or other supplied filter arrangement on a stock engine.
There is a large improvement in drivability, as in the standard "1.0" Kit. Freeway roll-on power is not just improved - it's great!

The extension of the laboratory for engines of the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology was completed in about 1935. Its architect was Rudolf Otto Salvisberg (1882-1940). He had a successful career in Berlin but returned to Switzerland after the advent of the Nazis. His architectural style was somewhat similar to that of Erich Mendelsohn. The staircase of the laboratory is in normal use but well preserved.
