Looking for your idle mixture screws?  Here is where they are located:

 

UK specs, 1995 .mikuni BST38SS carbs, as I would imagine you'd be expecting..

main jet size : cyl's 1 &4 - #112.5, cyl's 2 &3 - #115
(This is probably the odd jetting you refer to. DOH!)
Pilot jet size : #35 in all 4 carbs
Needle info (incase you need to know) - type 6ZD16, clip set to middle notch (of 5) in all 4 carbs.
