1. Leaving o2 sensor on will lean out part throttle, to about 35%, at all rpms if the throttle is not moved every 1 second.

2. Sagem ECU has stepper motor on on the idle setting. Calibrate throttle when not running. Keep fuel map settings at zero and 3% throttle percentages similar to avoid issues with the ECU changing the "idle" (it's not always "zero") setting.
